Kindness to Yourself

My Journey back to Love

static1.squarespace.com

I met up with the person who told me I need to be with a man again. He looked happier this time which is good. I am happy for him. He continued to ask me different questions to see if there is any guy interested in me these days. I am not looking for one. I avoided mentioning any name and gender of my new friends but eventually after asking for a while in vain he finally asked me if there was any boy. Pretty much half of the time we were talking about it. To me he was forcing his opinion on me even though he said he wasn’t. I wish I was better then I would have been able to defend myself better.

I care about him. He seems to have said all these things wanting what is best for me in his perception. He was…

Selfishness can become our biggest ally for the Money Free Movement

Being selfish has always been seen as a negative attribute for humanity. I will debunk this way of thinking and open your mind towards a more natural and healthy way of life and a more balanced way of living.

selfishnessFirst of all, selfishness is totally a natural and healthy need. In my native language of Armenian, Selfishness translates to <>, and this is exactly what selfishness is, or it can become.

Thinking for ones self is never a bad thing, where selfishness takes a bad turn is our lack of understanding and consciousness that it can not be good for us when we find security and abundance when others are in lack. Since we are herd animals, we live in a family, community and ultimately in a world wide society, we are effected directly and indirectly from the effects of our actions, decisions, and behaviors.

Here is my suggestion to all, do not stop your selfishness, because you would be going against mother nature and simple logic. What you should do is become aware of how miserable your life is because others suffer all around you and in the rest of the world. Raise your level of connection with all there is.
UBUNTU; When it’s no good for all, it’s no good at all.

The Selfish Gene

The Selfish Gene (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Creating social classes, putting up fences and separating ourselves from the rest of the world is not a selfish act, it is a lack of empathy, lack of self love and a lack of awareness.
When we live in financial security, how secure are we really when others live in misery? How much love am I showing towards myself when I collaborate with a system that encourages competition? How happy can I possibly be when I need to constantly protect my possessions with security installations, insurance policies, lawyers and constantly being at guard for outside threats?

When we combine selfishness and self awareness. When we understand how connected we really are with he rest of the world, when we start being aware of how much we suffer through the suffering of others, we will create the critical mass that is needed to create Utopia on earth.
We are either light years away from this Utopic life or possibly just a few years short, it all depends on each and every one of our levels of awareness. Please be an all loving selfish person.

Less… is still enough

On the trash of the wealthy the poor try to survive – People who earn their living by collecting and sorting garbage and selling them for recycling, Payatas, Manila, Philippines.

Less… is still enough!

The facts.
The collective wealth of all the Belgian people is more than 2.000 billion euro (De Tijd). The 10 richest families together own almost half of all that wealth (Knack). Yearly in Europe – and you read it correctly – we throw away 590.000.000 ( five hundred and ninety million) tons of food. 20 % of all young people between 13 and 20 years of age  regularly think about suicide (Enquiry National Youth Service).

Are you still following?
Is each one of us not a prisoner of conventions, caught in material things and that what is on the surface? Are the energy we invest in production and the effort we make in order to consume, not out of proportion?

In the middle of progressive thinking the question arises about what proof we need to realise that some thing or other is getting out of hand? To put it in a different way: what else has to happen to us before we come to an insight ? Usually it is difficult to admit that to have ‘more’ and ‘property’ are addictive. With (a little) less it would become quite difficult for some. For the poor without doubt, because they always live with ‘less’.

Professions without borders
This is a televsion programme in which professional people from here go and cooperate with colleagues in far away countries. At the end of their trip, filled with experiences, each one of them nearly always has the same reaction:

Do we really realise what a good life we have in Belgium”?

Confronted with shortage and poverty, ‘people that have a lot’ get to know the inner side of ‘people with less’. The encounter is very emotional and touching. It is ‘enrichment’ that they receive from these ‘poor’ people. Who helps who?

Someone said it as follows:

“Since I live with less, I do not feel the shortage, but rather have the experience of ‘more'”.

Or less is more … or at least enough!

  • The Observer view on London’s wealth gap (theguardian.com)
    Striking new figures show that the proportion of households classified as either poor or wealthy has grown across the country in recent decades, leaving a shrinking middle. But it is in London that the trend is by far the most pronounced.

    London is now a city of contradictions. It is the richest part of the country, but also its most unequal, with the highest levels of poverty. It is home to some of the world’s most expensive real estate, but has the highest proportion of renters of any area of the country, many of whom are locked out of home ownership. It has some of the world’s best teaching hospitals, but suffers from profound health inequalities.

There can only be hope when there is a will to be and say “I am”

Hope: expect and desire. Without a ‘Desire of fulfilment’ there is no soil for a seed of hope to grow.

When we do want to build up hope we do have to be willing to be, to stand strong.

Therefore we better considered the power of the statement “I am” which we use so many times a day. When we answer the phone or when we are asked if it our us entering the place or when we give others an idea of who we are or how we feel.

You might be surprised what is hidden in those two little words. They also can say a lot to the others, even making them cross, like it happened some two thousand years ago, when the Pharisees asked Jesus if he was that person been spoken of, and he confirmed that he was that man. (Too many Christians today still do not understand the answer nor the question posed that day, and take it because Jesus said “I am” that he is God.) All the people who continue to say “I am” are not all gods and mostly do not think to be a god nor the God. but they have good reason to keep saying “I Am”. Because without ‘to Be’ there is no being, no existence. Jesus existed and therefore he also could say “I am”. He also could confirm he was the person the Pharisees heard speaking about, the one man preaching fervently about his heavenly Father Who would be not only his god but also The God. That was what made the high priests so mad and shouting it was blasphemous. Jesus never did say to them he was God, nor did he say such a thing to the people. He always said he could not do the things he did without his Father in heaven, the God of Abraham, Whose will he wanted to do and not his own will.

First, we have to be, before we can have any hope. Without being there is no hope at all. Thanks to the Creator we can be. Without Him there is no life possible at all. Without the God of gods there is no being no way of saying “I am”.

To many people do forget how these two simple words will determine what kind of life a person lives.

We when we say ourselves “I am” or when we hear others saying “I am” generate an idea of feeling and being. A Christian should be best in being able to say:

“I am blessed.”

Because we are blessed, by the allowance to be in a living condition and by the Grace of God, having become accepted, washed clean by the ransom offer of Christ Jesus. It is in that Jewish man we have found “hope”. In him we should place our hope. He is the one who has presented the world with the most high hope, the possibility of the best possible life on earth, a never ending life in the Kingdom of God. that should be our real Hope.

Knowing that we can live by the Grace of God we should not fear man, but with the fear of God, should also be happy that Jesus reconciled ourselves by his heavenly Father, the Only One God “The I Am Who Is”. He is the Most High Being, the Supreme Being. It was the son of the Elohim who gave his life to the One and Only Who gives life. He is it who can make us weak or strong, slow or fast, stupid or wise. It is Him Who can make us say:

“I am strong”. “I am healthy.”

Or,

“I am slow”. “I am unattractive”. “I am stupid.”

The “I am’s” that are coming out of our mouth will bring either success or failure. Not enough people are aware how the thinking about themselves shall decide how they themselves shall be or become. Unconsciously and for some consciously, all through the day the power of “I am” is at work in our minds. And there is the problem of denial. The will not to see the “I am” in ourselves. Many people also place the “I am” in the wrong phrases or in the wrong context, making life for themselves more difficult.

Too many people are not aware how they themselves can use the “I am” for them selves but also against themselves. Mostly they have no idea how they use the power of “I am” against themselves and how it is affecting their future.

In the Bible the answers are given. It tells us clearly how we are to be ‘in-breath’ with the “I Am”, the most High God. all being created in the image of God, having received life from God “The I Am”, should be willing to have The Elohim living through their “I am”. According to the Holy Scriptures The “I Am Who Is” (The Elohim Hashem Jehovah) is always there for His Creation. He is always looking for us, and as such our “I am” is also always looking for us.

Each individual has given the breath of God, i.e. life, because otherwise he would not be living. This breath of life, i.e. the soul, is our being our possibility to say “I am”. Without life we shall not be able to say “I am”. When death, you also shall not be able any more to say “I was”. Others shall be able to say that ‘you were’, but once the light of life has gone out, it its finished with the being, the “I am” shall not sound any more.

Therefore, as written in the Holy Scriptures, it is in the “Now,” that we have to make it. It is when we live and can say “I am” that we can be and that we can do things. Jesus gave several parables as examples of what happens when we do not follow the good direction as the “I am” and do not make work of being the right “I am”.

The “I am” expresses a hope, or it should do. When you go through the day saying,

“I am blessed,”

blessings come looking for you. The same way when you say

“you are blessed”

you give the expression of the I am who wants to bring over the other blessings by your loving-kindness for that person.

In case you want to build up hope in your life you first have to believe in yourself and secondly have to believe in the Most High “I Am” to get you there where He wants you to be and to succeed. but you have to be willing to give yourself in the hands of the “I am” to get the feeling of growth in assurance you can do something. as such you, yourself have to believe in yourself and have to dare to say

“I can”

And continuing to think you shall be able to reach your goal and as such to be able to say:

“I am talented.”

Only when you are willing to go for the hope in succeeding you shall be able to succeed and to become talented.

Let blessings and talent come looking for you. Let health come to you and come to say

“I am feeling fine”, “I am healthy,” “I am strong.”

You might be surprised how much the “I am” can do wonders in yourself. How good feelings, good health and strength shall come on your way. Are you willing to surrender to your own self? To surrender to the “I am” in you?

Not to be ‘be good’ or ‘do better’ but to surrender to the amazing person I am and what I might create with a deep appreciation of all that is abundant in me. {Hope}

Your “I am” has to start tracking you down, by your invitation into your life.

Get up in the morning and invite good things into your life. Declare

“I am blessed. I am strong. I am talented. I am disciplined. I am focused. I am prosperous.”

And always make sure God’s truth follows “I am”!

Are you able to say:

I feel complete with who and where ‘I am’.

What is your answer when asked: Is it you, Pete, John, Mary, Sonia, Vicky, or ‘so and so’? “Are you him or her”?

….

What is your answer when asked: “Are you feeling all right?”

….

Are you believing in the power of perspective and positive outlook?

….

Are you willing to choose to live into today with hope in your heart?

…..

Are you able to honour all aspects of your being and let go of any judgement and attachment that might divide you or leave you feeling broken.

…..

Are you willing to be whole in all your imperfection and brilliance.

…..

What would be you you answer when asked “Are you a Christian”?

…..

Do the give your answer in big capitals, to this question:

Are you a believer in the Son of God, and willing to follow this Jewish man who gave hope for a better future? Are you a follower of Christ Jesus, the son of God, accepting he really did die for the sins of the whole world, and who now has been made higher than the angels, though he was lower before, in the knowledge that God is was and always shall be the Most High?

…..

+

* Note: If you could not answer every-time with “I am”, than you have a problem and should reconsider your way of thinking and should go to examine your self and your believes. If you could answer  all questions with “I am” than we want to invite you to continue your way with us, helping others to find their “I am”.

    Some Christians, and not just new believers among them, take this “me and God” approach to reading Scripture. They have learned from Matthew 15 not to be like the Pharisees, whom Jesus said exalted human tradition over God’s Word. They also try to heed Paul’s warning not to succumb to “philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition” (Col. 2:8, ESV used throughout). They have concluded, therefore, that Scripture teaches that church tradition—and all the perspectives and human-derived interpretations that it carries with it—should not color our reading of God’s Word.

Life isn’t unfair

A thirty something, addicted to music and books, like many others in this world, may have many questions about this life in her head, but unlike many she can still say that life isn’t unfair. And that is not what many dare to say. The home country of her husband is being destroyed more and more day by day and they could quickly go ahead and even shout out how unfair life is but, giving it a second thought, they see also parts in it which don’t let them break down completely.

It is not bad this lady gets stuff out of her mind from time to time. A way to get some thoughts getting from our shoulders is to let them loose in the out. Also by writing down what bothers us we can get rid of certain worrying thoughts or even better, we can share our thoughts so that they not only loosen ourselves but also others.

Roses (Roxe) – From the Tacuinum of Vienna (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

The writer of the blog reminds us that we often forget in our life full of stress that there are so many reasons to be thankful and instead complain far too much. In many industrialised countries we might consider that a big problem. People are having so much and are seeing others having so much that they bother more about what the others have and they do not. Jealousy makes many people in the world of abundance very unhappy.

Having a rooftop above the head, being able to put a heather on, many keep harping on the weather. Others like to complain about the job or about the prizes in the supermarkets getting higher. They often have enough food and are teasing others about what to eat. Many may have a lot of things around them which they do not like, but most of them forget how many people in the East or in the South can only dream of our bare minima.

In I have so many reasons to be thankful the writer brings into attention that what many of the Western public long have forgotten. How many senses do we really still want to use properly?

Some may blame the pollution having many of us not having any more the pleasures of smell. Sense of smell should bring us lots of memories and desires. With our eyes we than can see all those flowers, all those colours which wave and tell their story in the wind. How many in the West do still want to hear those stories and notice all those animals which move around in that colourful world?

Going into the Autumn season the world is changing colour and red comes more to have its say in this world where the wind wants to make enough noise to have it tell her own stories whilst the branches of the trees dare to react and go to fight with the powers of nature.

We shall not find it warm enough to take some naps in the sunshine, but our wandering and now and then standing still, we shall still be able to feel truly connected with the nature and earth around us. In this time of turmoil, creepy sounds at night, we can feel at ease indoors, close by the fire, or having it nicely warm while we do know Winter shall be coming soon and bringing the bitter cold. Every day becomes shorter, but we want to fight the darkness and have found the candles “for having a soothing source of light” whenever we feel it is needed. The candle light also can bring memories and whispers in our ears that what we would love to hear, from the past. and in the cosiness of the warm living room we may not forget that we are blessed to have all this around us what can make life easier.

Some SFI Thoughts by Geoffrey West

Some SFI Thoughts by Geoffrey West (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Many may not like the rain and forget that without it we would not have so much green. So we should be happy it nourishes our surroundings and let us “listen to its beautiful sound”.

Do not forget to think about all the beautiful things around us and about the many everyday things, so many we so often just take for granted. This coming season let it not get us down in the ‘depri world’ but get it down on our knees to be thankful for all what wee have received before and for all what is in front of us.

Life shows us more than enough possibilities to make the best out of every situation and we need to adjust our expectations. I each and every second there are little moments to treasure, we just have to see life through the eyes of love to uncover them.{Is life unfair?}

Like so many magazines we too would say to listen to your inner voice and to enjoy life.

We are driven by our thoughts and emotions and every single magazine tells you to listen to your inner voice but still your life isn’t happy. {Change your habits to lead a happy life}

In Autumn we may find the wind turning from one site to the other, wanting to push us from here to there, and letting us think no way is the good one.

Life isn’t a one way road and there are always possibilities, you may not see them directly but if you start to dig deeper you will find them.
Instead of waiting for big changes take your life in your hands and start to see all those small things that can change your life without too much efforts – and as always, many small changes sums up to be sometimes more effective than turning your life upside down. {Change your habits to lead a happy life}

In Summer we got the energy from the sun and lots of us went to sunny places to charge our batteries. So, let our full batteries now give enough power to come through Winter, but let it also give new impulses to take time to contemplate and to mediate about which way we want to continue and where we want to go to.

MissFaith Munich knows also that we all struggle at certain times and forget the reasons why we started to do something in first place. She is aware that others may start to doubt but that we are better to believe in ourself.

whatever comes along you can succeed. People who start to doubt because of others may lose track and fall, but if you stand up for your dreams and show all disbeliever that you will make it you will create a certainty within yourself.  {Never stop to be a dreamer…}

Now comes the time there will be lesser outdoor-activities and more time to stay indoors at our own little place. Perhaps it is now not so bad to take some more time to come to ourselves. Why not making time to get a more relaxed mind. That means not putting our mind asleep, but giving place to a creative mind which

can bring you forward so stand on your toes, open your arms wide, close your eyes and breathe – life isn’t that complicated! {Never stop to be a dreamer…}If not you, who else will follow your dreams? {Never stop to be a dreamer…}

To come to a relaxed mind come to trust yourself and trust the loved ones around you. as the writer of the mentioned articles also knows:

To rebuild life from within, a wonderful thought but at the same time quite scary.
It seems so much easier to build our life from the outside.
Dress up, sit in a fancy restaurant, surround yourself with hip friends and enjoy.
Easy as that, isn’t it? {Rebuilding Life from Within}

The coming Winter we can take some more time for ourselves, getting closer to the ‘one within’.

The earlier you realize that our “within” is the essential part the better as you haven’t caused too much damage within a short time. {Rebuilding Life from Within}

  • Act Your Age (fernandogros.com)
    The common line is your teens are a time to experiment and enjoy the freedom you will not have in later life. But, this might be changing as social media is apt to keep all our teenage mistakes alive, digitally, for the rest of our lives (especially with video and photos). Moreover, many of the life-defining decisions my grandparent’s generation made in their teens (what career, who to marry, where to live) are now deferred into people’s twenties and even thirties.In fact, being a teenager today might be more about experiencing (or resisting) a narrowing of horizons. The internet is making a lot of teens more tribal, with narrower, rather than broader tastes in music, film and the arts. And, while many key decisions in life are being deferred, prejudices and attitudes are sometimes being hardened earlier, especially in countries where the effects of globalisation are being strongly resisted.So, the teenage years shouldn’t just be a time to experiment with identity and freedom, but also with ideas. It’s a time to learn how to make friends, but also, how to work and collaborate with people who we maybe don’t get along with that well, or perhaps don’t even understand. It’s a time to keep the candle of cultural curiosity alight, before the 24/7 news cycle, internet content farms like BuzzFeed and the workplace water cooler try to snuff it out.
  • The Beauty Of Limits (awildhealing.wordpress.com)
    In the everyday world, the outward changes I’ve made (and been forced to make by the power of fate, a power that seemed to know more than I did about the beauty of having faith) – finally leaving a job that supported the parasitic financial industry, and abandoning the vain and empty hope of a ‘bigger, brighter future’ in London where I would one day ‘make it’, or at least be able to keep up with the others ‘making it’ – to become what, in our current success-obsessed culture, would be classed a ‘failure’.The old skin has shed away, and as I get used to living with the eyes and hands of a beginner, and continue to integrate all that I have learnt piecemeal these last few years, I realise that becoming whole and remaining sane in an increasingly insane world is more of a struggle than it needs to be because our culture – and us, as active participants in it – refuses to acknowledge the central part that limits play in balancing our relationship to the world around us.
  • Uniting the People of the world (filmsforaction.org)
    The more intellectual and thorough our analysis, the more we become entangled in an endless examination of commercialisation and its grievous effects. We find there is no end to its web of complexity. Yet there is nothing theoretical or academic about the family that doesn’t have enough food to eat, that cannot afford to see a doctor, that has no right in some countries even to debate or protest. The more we write and intellectualise, the more we criticise and contest, the more insoluble become the many crises of the world.
  • Rebuilding The Nation: Lessons From Other Lands By Governor Babatunde Fashola (abusidiqu.com)
    in addition to material reconstruction, there is an urgent and massive need for moral and spiritual reconstruction as well: the kind of reconstruction which will help to demolish morbid desire for naked power and domination; abuse and misuse of power and office; greed, selfishness, and intolerance; nepotism, favouritism, jobbery, bribery, and other forms of corruption; and erect, in their places, probity, tolerance, altruism, and devotion; equality of treatment, justice, equity, and fair play to all.”
  • Rebuilding Nigeria: Lessons from Other Lands – by Gov Fashola (olufamous.com)
    the reality is that this rebasing did not, and has not, addressed chronic poverty, infrastructure decay, creeping authoritarianism, mass youth unemployment, adult underemployment, burgeoning insecurity and overall bad governance, and other challenges that confront the country.

Being ‘broke’ a state of mind

“Being ‘broke’ is a state of mind. Not
a financial or spiritual condition
All wealth, happiness and abundance first
begins with the power of your mind.

The sooner you master your mind, the greater
your chances in attracting happiness, living
your highest purpose and manifest your dreams!”

  • You Can Get It If You Really Want (quickcuppatime.wordpress.com)
    In order to manifest what you desire, you must align your body, mind, heart, Soul and will. If any of these aspects of yourself is not in alignment with your conscious desire, then you may experience resistance, self-sabotage, or counter-productive results. You can manifest anything you choose on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual/etheric planes – the key is that you must believe that it is possible and you must believe that it is possible for you.Whatever you choose to manifest, it is also important to work toward your desired outcome on all levels by taking physical, mental, emotional and spiritual steps that lead to that reality.
  • 6 Shifts In Consciousness We Are Experiencing Right Now (alphaalchemy.com)
    Vibrating frequencies build a virtual construct that makes you think you are in a physical world, but you are not. You are in a holographic universe which is an illusion so well designed, that only the highest beings of light can see it for what it is. This is your destiny, but now you will continue to play this game called Earth at a level never played before. You are still playing with three dimensional rules in a fifth dimensional world, but you’re quickly learning how to make the transition by shifting energy.
  • Heather Matthew’s Manifestation Miracle Guide Reveals Secrets That Will Draw Money, Happiness & Success to One’s Life Automatically (sbwire.com)
    People who are currently depressed and have no motivation about tomorrow will find the law of attraction success stories so motivated and exciting that they will hardly sleep waiting for the new day to come and reveal new secrets and new success to them too.In order to start the process of change, people should firstly realize where they are now and how they feel about their current life? Are they satisfied with what they have or long for much more? Those who have dreams are much more prone to reach them and improve their current situation than those who do not have such.

    So desire is the first step that can change people’s spiritual world that will impact their physical world. The next step is to start thinking positively, as people usually bring about what they think about. Believing in the possibility and in the own strengths is a must in the secret law of attraction. The expected miracles can really happen and those that are never expected will never come true.

  • Living the Law of Attraction (julietour.wordpress.com)
    Whatever your focus is on becomes manifested into material form. Belief makes the unbelievable tangible. Want to see an angel? After continuously focusing on my belief in a spiritual experience, I finally experienced many amazing things. Worried about a car being repossessed? Worries can block all abundance to help pay for that car, so the universe helped there as well…. Like earning thousands the day after it’s repossession. A little too ironic, right? Focused on abundance and a huge bank account? I’ve been there too and used my riches to share with my family, friends, and causes I cared about. Worried about a bad grade? The focus will make you late or miss class due to unforeseen circumstances no matter how hard you studied.

    It doesn’t matter what aspect of life you connect these feelings with, these feelings of lack and always seeking more, seems to sneak its way into every crevasse within our lives. Once it is in, it moves everywhere, like a virus or a cancer. It can create darkness and emptiness when we allow it to. So, now we can tackle this with boldness and confidence to flush it out; ‘once and for all!’ Join me in doing so right here, right now!
  • Micheal Forrester: 6 Shifts In Consciousness We Are All Experiencing Right Now (goldenageofgaia.com)
    Absolutely everything is a wave of energy and there are many new energies taking place on Earth.We’ve shifted consciousness, but we’re still using old reflections to create our reality. Abundance in all aspects of life is now much easier to achieve in the new vibration and a confidence in our abilities will soon magnify to great levels in the coming years.
