When people treat you badly,
your biggest challenge is not to lower your own standards.
Stand back and maintain your own dignity.

Being grateful to people if they treat us badly

We should be grateful to people if they treat us badly,
because then we can exercise our tolerating forces.
We should try to love these people anyway,
