The one sure way of dealing with anxiety/overthinking is to live in the moment.

Something that most of us haven’t really understood how to go about it.

Do whatever it is that you are doing and bring your conscious thought into it.

And notice as much about it as you can.

If let’s say for example you are brushing your teeth,


Think about how cold or hot or warm the water is.

Think about how bitter or sweet the toothpaste is.

Think about the effect of the bristles on your teeth.

Think about how your feet feel on the floor.
