Say yes

Say yes

It seems strange to say yes for no reason.
Especially in a world that teaches us to draw boundaries, to say no.
Still, to say yes is the most powerful thing there is.

Not to each question from outside.
That would make us out of control.
But a wholehearted YES to everything you feel.

Yes to love.
Yes to fear.
Yes to pain.

A difficult exercise.
But worthwhile to try.

Because in your YES lies a profound trust.
A warm belief in your own voice.
A soft stone deep inside, a little piece that only belongs to you.
Something that brings you peace.

Say yes to life that embraces you.
Say yes.

Life Is A Marathon

Orlando Espinosa, a former educator, signed up to have an amazing life, regardless of the obstacles he may have to face. He is convinced that

Having a positive attitude is the key and moving forward is essential!

He has blog has some great images on his blog and offers a lot of pictures we all remember well from childhood. For him

Life is an amazing journey, too often taken for granted! It’s great being able to enjoy the simple things it offers! It feels great to be alive with a purpose!

Though in order to keep the momentum going in our life we shall need to maintain the pace, energy and enthusiasm from when we  first started! {Keep the Momentum} But we should be fully ware that we may not back down! {Don’t Back Down}. Always we should be prepared to believe in ourselves.

There has to come a point in life when you need to believe in who you are and what you have to offer.

Believing in yourself is one the key to achieving success in life.

You have to do what you want because there’s no one who can stand in your place.

You have to know that you are so much better than what they say…

If someone says you can’t do anything, don’t believe them, let it be a driving force to prove them wrong.

Be confident!

Get to know yourself and grow with new experiences.

Don’t be held back by a “fear”.

Don’t let people knock you down with their words of doubt! {Believe}

Believe-in-Yourself-Motivational-Orlando Espinosa

Defining what we value begins by recognizing who we value. {The Journey!}

He also warns not to

allow others to hold you captive because you don’t know what freedom feels like!
Some people feel the need to imprison others with their words and by their actions!

Life isn’t a sprint, but a marathon! In order to finish a marathon you need stamina and consistency: you will need to hold a steady pace in order to cross the finish line!life is a marathon-orlando espinosa

Confidence…

Rose, the owner of Seeking You is a Christian wife to a loving, supportive husband,
20151227_214919 (3)having two amazing children, who keep them quite busy. Her site ” Seeking You” is a community where women of all races and ethnicities and all ages can come together to share thoughts, passions, concerns, and experiences.

The Lord is the stronghold of her life and therefore she can say

– Of Whom shall I be afraid?

Before she makes a decision she dares to analyse the possibilities to no end!

People like us first consider the pro’s and con’s; we dissect the risks. Then we focus on the risks. In order for us to act, we must be sure the risks are minimal.

You may wonder where the confidence is in the “self”. She knows:

There isn’t anything wrong with making informed decisions. The trouble lies in the fact that many times we become too fearful to act. We allow the process of analysing risks to paralyse us.

For sure when we start to believe in ourself and give ourselves to the Most High Guide we shall feel that we may gain much more confidence.

Inner Voice

Not only is there the inner voice which has been receiving food from the educating people around us. More important is the inner voice which comes from much deeper than from our own experiences and our days on this earth.

When a foetus that Voice was already taking care of us. Other voices as soon as we saw daylight tried to transform or change those ideas of that deeper inner voice. Up until our twenties we get so much influenced by the other voices that they can tear us down. Instead of listening to the positive voice from within we often get too much carried away by the outer influences.

The strong person is not the one who keeps listening and trying to suit the outer voices but is the one who is willing to go deep inside the self and to live the own truth with confidence.

Being yourself is the most precious gift you can give yourself and which you received from the Most High Voice of Universe.

*

To remember:

spending time trying to be who others want us to be

putting effort into pretending to be who we are not in the hopes for acceptance, love and approval of others

=> compromising yourself.

you let others shape you and tell you who you are <= you believe and trust in those people + you believe the words they say.

=> false + wrong motivation

We all allow words we hear to shape us and form us

=> give us confidence – or – => tear us down and hold us prisoner from our true purpose

To change that voice that haunts us and holds us back

  • look for positives in everything
  • challenge the thoughts and the voice

do know:

  • you have talent
  • you can touch people’s hearts with your words
  • you can become the sculptor and not the lump of clay
  • you can change the world one mind at a time

believe in yourself => others believe in you too

I find that I am a lot like a ball of play dough. I let others shape me and tell me who I am. The worse part about this is that I believe and trust in those people. I believe the words they say.

Believe in yourself!

Logo of ACCEPT

We often fall in the trap of creating too high expectations and comparing ourselves with others. In case we are willing to accept our ‘honest self’ we shall find an easier life, giving more meaning to our saying “I am”.

+

Remember you have to :

  • accept yourself.
  • take care of your mind, body and soul
  • treat yourself with love, respect and care
  • do meaningful things => reminds you how worth it you are
  • have relativism
  • recognise your enormous potential inside -> empower all your best qualities to continuing learning and trusting in yourself
  • stop overestimating other people opinions
  • ignore negative criticisms
  • listen to the constructive remarks
  • create your own opinion.
  • = Accept yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself ==> You are worth it.

Hope

Every nation has to be build on hope. Every person has to grow by having hopes, aspirations, many dreams, but also by being strong enough to become not disillusioned as soon as the slightest thing goes wrong. Real hope is there where there is a cherisher who wants to cherish a desire of fulfilment, having confidence in the possibility of fulfilment.
When we are willing to trust ourselves in our capabilities to handle the expectation of obtaining what we are dreaming of, we are on the good way.

+

To remember:

  • holding on to, to prevent from getting hurt
  • hope we might achieve our goals
  • constant force > motivating
  • aiming for the stars
  • sense of false belief > control a particular situation
  • believe that can happen
  • to make a difference
  • string of thread that keeps the cloth from tearing
  • change course of lives
  • living in a make believe + happy ending

Suu Kyi, the chairperson of the NLD, famously spent the better part of 20 years under house arrest after the government refused to recognize her party’s successes in the 1990 general election. Suu Kyi was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize “for her non-violent struggle for democracy and human rights” in 1991, but remained under house arrest until 2010, when the Myanmar government released her as part of a general reform effort that promised greater respect  for human rights.

A Random Nobody

Hope; something that humans hold on to, to prevent themselves from getting hurt. It is like a ray of sunshine on a dark, cloudy day or like a breath of fresh air after a day of scorching heat. The hope that we might achieve our goals or the hope of a miracle is the constant force that motivates us to put in our heart and soul in the given project and aim for the stars.
We don’t really have any power over time or destiny and hope is the only thing that gives us a sense of false belief; that we can actually control a particular situation and that the odds might be in our favour.
Our decision making ability is overshadowed by hope, and we are ready to believe that anything can happen at any point of time. Hope is basically like the last weapon which a warrior uses…
