A moment to look inward

At least one moment but as many as is helpful to look inward,
check in with yourself and focus on wellbeing
– meditate on that wellbeing for yourself.
That inner wellbeing will become wellbeing for others as well
and then will benefit all that is.
Take good care of yourself in all that you do.
